Diamonds in the Sky is a first annual high fashion show event put on by the Associated Students of the University of Arizona's (ASUA) Senate. It is being held to raise money for ASUA's philanthropy, Diamond Children's Medical Center. Together, the ten current senators, their senate aides, as well as the ten recently elected senators for the 2010-2011 academic year, are working hard to make this event a success. Diamonds in the Sky will take place on the roof of the University's Highland Garage on the corner of Helen and Vine. It will take place Friday, April 30, 2010 from 7-10 p.m. The event is cocktail attire and food, entertainment, and more is all included in the ticket price. In addition, gift bags, freebies, and prime seating will be provided for those who purchase a VIP ticket. There will also be a raffle/silent auction during the event. Parking will be available in the Highland Garage itself, and due to weight restrictions, the event will be limited to about 400 guests, so get your tickets fast!
