Identification Requirements


The following are considered valid forms of ID at the polls:


ONE of the following official PHOTO ID’s:

Name and address MUST match current voter registration


Valid Arizona driver license

Valid Arizona non-operating identification license

Valid photo tribal enrollment card or other form of photo tribal identification

Valid United States federal, state or local government-issued identification


OR:


TWO of the following non-photo ID’s

Name and address MUST match current voter registration


Utility bill that is dated within 90 days of the date of the election. A utility bill may be for electric, gas, water, solid waste, sewer, telephone or cable television

Cellular phone bill that is dated within 90 days of the date of the election

Bank or credit union statement that is dated within 90 days of the date of the election

Valid Arizona Vehicle Registration

Current property tax statement of the voter's residence

Valid voter registration card or recorder's certificate. A recorder’s certificate is an official certificate issued by the Pima County Recorder verifying voter registration status

Valid non-photo tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification

Valid Indian census card

Valid non-photo United States federal, state, or local government-issued identification, including a voter registration card issued by the county recorder



An identification is valid unless it can be determined on its face that it has expired.
